This was our 3rd time renting a condo in the Gulfview Condos at Miramar Beach from Crystal. The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach. Everything you may need is in the condo for cooking, etc. There was more than enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers in the condo. There are several restaurants, souvenir shops, and beach gear stores within walking distance of the condo. The condo is within a 15-minute drive to the local Walmart and 5 min or less to Winn-Dixie for groceries. As far as the business end of things, all questions and correspondents were answered promptly and professionally and the contracts and agreements are easy to read and understand. We will continue renting from Crystal on our future trips to Florida.
In the area where you cannot throw a rock hitting a Realtor® of some sort or personally know a dozen, I chose Crystal to aid in the home-buying process. Being self-employed, I anticipated a multitude of issues and then some. That turned out to be true and some included a deal falling through and delays in closing. Crystal made it much more palatable and a little less stressful. I highly recommend to everyone they give her the opportunity to help them with the home buying process. I doubt you will be disappointed in the end!
I can not say enough about my buying experience with Bruce! He very patiently worked with me for well over a year to obtain the condo of my dreams! I know this was not easy for him! I even backed out of the first possible acquisition due to my lack of confidence! Bruce however Kept in touch and was there for me when the next property became available and supported and guided me through the whole somewhat difficult process! I am now a very happy condo owner in Destin and I owe a majority of it to Bruce!
